International asset trace and court judgments enforcement in foreign jurisdictions

Kalita Partners Alexander Khaki and Alexander Pisemskiy recently spoke during a series of webinars on "International asset trace and court judgments enforcement in foreign jurisdictions" organised by the Centre Européen de Coopération Juridique (CECJ) for Russian speaking lawyers from the FSU countries between 11-26 July 2020.

It was a very interactive series of lectures and workshops performed by over twenty legal and forensic expert speakers from the UK, the U.S., Germany, France, Spain, the Baltics, Israel, Cyprus, the BVI and Cayman Islands.

Our special thanks go to the wonderful attendees of this online event and the great legal professionals who kept the conference very interactive and interesting, bringing up useful comments and challenging questions and sharing their own experience which is invaluable.

We would also like to say “Thank you!” to the organisers of the event and in particular to the managing director of the of the CECJ Ekaterina Safonova and her brilliant team for making this event happen and for her great contribution to the development of international legal communication.
